Your gift card should arrive in your email inbox soon! Gift cards are sent to the email you used to create your Upside account. If you don’t see your gift card in your inbox within 24-48 hours of your cash out, please do the following:
- Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders. Sometimes your email will automatically place your gift card in one of these folders by accident. Search your inbox for the address email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org - this may help you find it!
- Check that your Upside email is accurate. Open your Profile to view your account email. Maybe it’s an old email you no longer use, or maybe there’s a spelling error.
If your gift card is not in your spam folder and your email is correct, please contact our support team, and we will resend your gift card. If you signed up through Facebook, your card would be sent to the email you use for Facebook.
