If you still haven't received your earnings, try the solutions below.

Give it more time

Cash outs are never instantaneous. Gift cards can take up to 48 hours to process. PayPal transfers can take up to 5 business days. Bank deposits can take up to 7 business days.

Verify the transaction

As an added security measure, you need to verify the withdrawal. Check your email on a mobile device and click Confirm Account Information. This link expires after 24 hours. If you waited too long, you’ll need to request the withdrawal again.

Prompt the link to open in app

If you're seeing “Please open this link on your mobile device," press and hold the link to see additional options. Tap Open in Upside. You can also copy and paste the URL into your Notes app and try from there.

Check your inbox

Search for messages from users@info.upside.com. A verification email or notice of account suspension could have been marked as spam. 

Verify your account email address

From the Upside home screen, tap the icon. Tap Profile. Make sure the email listed here is the one you’re checking. If you signed up with your Facebook account or Apple ID, check the email you use for those accounts instead.

Verify your PayPal account

PayPal will not process your funds until the account is verified. For more details, consult PayPal help. Upside cannot do this for you.
