I logged in and my money's gone! What happened?

If your balance is inaccurate or no longer appearing, try the solutions below.

Update to the latest version

If you haven’t updated in awhile, technical issues are more likely to occur. There are instances where your balance is still accurate in our system, but it is not displaying that way to you. Learn more about keeping Upside up-to-date.

Ensure you're in the right account

You may no longer be in your original account. When you tap a "Continue with" button on the sign-in screen, you create a new account. If you earned cash back in the past, look for emails from Upside about those purchases. The To field will contain your Upside account email address.
