How do I change my account email address?

At this time, you must contact support to request a balance transfer.

What We'll Need

Include your old and new email addresses. Per our terms of service, multiple accounts are prohibited. That means we will deactivate any old accounts to avoid suspension.

What Won't Transfer

Your referrals, invite codes, activity, and any pending promotions will not carry over to your new account.

How Long It Takes

This process takes 3-5 days. You will need to prove ownership of your old account before we proceed.

Note: Deactivating an account is permanent and irreversible.
