Turn on network time

iOS

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Date & Time.
4. Switch Set Automatically on.

Android

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap System.
3. Tap Date & Time.
4. Switch Set Time Automatically on.

Disable VPN

Upside is only available in the USA. Masking your device's location can prevent you from accessing and using the app. If you're using a VPN, turn it off and try again.

Delete and reinstall

iOS

1. Tap and hold the Upside icon.
2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
3. Go to the App Store and reinstall the Upside app.

Android

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Select Upside from the list of apps.
4. Tap Uninstall.
5. Go to Google Play and reinstall the Upside app.
