Stores are taken off the app when their contract ends or the owner asks for it.

User dissatisfaction

A business in the app may change or be removed altogether if it's not providing a good experience for our users.

Some locations have a limited number of offers that are first‑come, first‑served.

Some businesses run small tests to see how they perform on Upside first. These are often limited to certain users.

You may not see a business if your device location is off, inaccurate, or outside the visible map area. Try restarting the app, and disabling any GPS‑altering apps or VPNs.

If your search filters don't match a specific business, its offers won’t appear.
