If you want to see what data Upside has collected on your account, delete it altogether, or both, follow the steps below.
In App
- Tap the
icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Data and privacy.
- Tap Submit a data request.
- Select whether you want to review your data or delete it.
- Enter your email address.
- Tap Continue.
- Confirm your request by tapping Proceed.
No Access
- Access the form on our Help Center.
- Fill out the form and select your request from the dropdown.
- Tap Submit.
