Why can't I add my card?

If you're unable to add a card to your wallet, try the solutions below.

Check the ZIP code

If you've moved recently, it can take time for your bank to update their systems. Try both your old and new ZIP code.

Adjust your font size

When adding a card, you'll be asked for your name, card number, expiration date, CVC and zip code. If you don't see all of these fields, try making your font smaller.

Contact your bank

Upside verifies your card is active with a temporary authorization charge. Check with your bank to ensure they're not blocking the transaction.

Try another card

Make sure you're adding an accepted payment method. Adding a Fleet or GasBuddy card? Those require different steps. If all else fails, try adding a different card.
