If you forgot your password, follow the steps below.
- Visit the sign-in screen.
- Tap Sign in to your account.
- Tap Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Upside account.
- Tap Send reset instructions.
- Look for an email from Upside with the subject line "Reset your password."
- Tap Reset password in the email.
- Enter a new password for your Upside account. Wait to see “Success!”
- Switch back to the Upside app and sign in with your new credentials.
