If you forgot your password, follow the steps below.

1. Visit the sign-in screen.
2. Tap Sign in to your account.
3. Tap Forgot your password?
4. Enter the email address associated with your Upside account.
5. Tap Send reset instructions.
6. Look for an email from Upside with the subject line "Your verification code."
7. Copy the 6-digit code in the email. 
8. Switch back to the Upside app and enter the 6-digit code.
9. Enter a new password for your account. Wait to see "Success!"
