Your email address is hidden
When you sign up with Upside using your Apple ID, Apple applies a unique, random address. Emails are forwarded there, but Upside will not know your real address. That means if you do need our help, we'll need to use your invite code instead. You'll find it by tapping the icon, then Profile.
Apple controls your password
Upside does not access, store, or manage passwords for any other apps. If you ever need to reset your Apple ID password or change your forwarding address, you’ll need to do so through Apple.
