Must be at the station 

The app requires you to be at the station. If you are too far away, you will be prompted to drive closer before you can select a pump. 

Pump timed out 

If there is a delay before you begin fueling, the pump may time out. To resolve this, simply restart the process in the app to unlock the pump again. 

Not currently offered 

The option to pay at the pump is only available in a few select locations. You can still earn cash back by claiming a standard gas offer and paying with your linked card.
