To Claim an Offer

An offer requires a final receipt. Prepaid receipts cannot be used as they do not contain the necessary validation data. The uploaded receipt should contain:

• Store name and address
• Date and time of purchase
• Items you purchased or the number of gallons purchased
• The last 4 digits of the card you used
• The card type

For A Denied Claim

If your offer is denied, you have 90 days to contact us. Our support team will need either a final receipt or bank statement to review your purchase. A bank statement must contain:

• Date and time of the transaction
• Store name (include the address, if available)
• The last 4 digits of the card you used, or the card type
• The total amount spent
