That depends on whether you’re using the proof of purchase to claim an offer or request cash back for an offer that was denied.
To Claim an Offer
An offer requires a final receipt. Prepaid receipts cannot be used as they do not contain the necessary validation data. The uploaded receipt should contain:
- Store name and address
- Date and time of purchase
- Items you purchased or the number of gallons purchased
- The last 4 digits of the card you used
- The card type
For A Denied Claim
If your offer is denied, you have 90 days to contact us. Our support team will need either a final receipt or bank statement to review your purchase. A bank statement must contain:
- Date and time of the transaction
- Store name (include the address, if available)
- The last 4 digits of the card you used, or the card type
- The total amount spent
