A supported device
Upside works only on phones with a supported OS. You cannot use the app on laptops, desktops, or tablets.
A card linked to your wallet
A credit or debit card needs to be added to your wallet. Without this, Upside can't verify your purchase.
Access to a personal email address
When creating an account, make sure to use your personal email address. Avoid using your work or school email address.
Note: Upside does not currently require a phone number.
