Reach our support team by filling out this form. Be sure to include your account email address (found by tapping the icon, then Profile), proof of purchase, and any screenshots that may be helpful.
Use our in-app help
Tap the icon, then Help. Search or browser our answers to common questions. After opening an article, tap the pen and paper icon in the top right. You’ll see any ongoing tickets. Tap the same icon again to open a new one.
