How can I contact Upside?

If you experience any issues, you can contact us through our in-app help. Our virtual assistant responds instantly, and, if your issue needs further attention, a member of our team will follow up within 24 hours. Have your account email, proof of purchase, and relevant screenshots ready to open a ticket.

  1. Tap the Account icon.
  2. Select Help.
  3. Tap the Chat icon found in the bottom-right of the Help Center.
  4. Describe the issue you are experiencing.
