Use our chat bot
Reach our support team by tapping the icon in the bottom-right of the Help Center. Be sure to have your account email address (found by tapping the icon, then Profile), proof of purchase, and any screenshots that may be helpful ready, in case you need to open a ticket.
Use our in-app help
Tap the icon, then Help. Search or browser our answers to common questions. After opening an article, tap the pen and paper icon in the top right. You’ll see any ongoing tickets. Tap the same icon again to open a new one.
