Why didn't I get my bonus?

If your bonus didn't process, it could be due to one of the reasons below.

Missing in Activity

You currently won't see your bonus on the Activity page. However, it will still be added to your overall earnings. Your bonus is also included in the email you get upon earning cash back.

Applied to a different offer

After you earn a bonus, it will automatically apply to the next claimed and successfully processed offer.

More transactions were needed

An offer only counts towards a bonus when you end up getting cash back. If your cash back was denied for any reason, it won’t count towards your progress.

The offer processed too late

Many bonuses are based on the date cash back is put into your account. Even if you claim it before the deadline, it won't count if it finishes processing after.

Cash back was manually processed

If your cash back was issued manually by our support team, any existing bonuses on your account will remain and will apply to your next successful purchase.
