How to cash out

Once you have earned some cash back, you can withdraw your earnings to a bank account or gift card. 

Warning: A $1 fee may apply to cash outs under $10. Learn more about fees.
  1. Tap your balance on the home screen.
  2. Choose your preferred withdrawal method.
  3. Connect your bank account or confirm your gift card.
  4. Open your Upside account email address on a mobile device.
  5. Click Confirm Account Information in the verification email you receive.
Most requests are processed within 48 hours, but bank transfers tend to take 5-7 business days. If you’re having trouble, check out "I cashed out. Where’s my money?"
