Your App was Down! Can I still submit my offer/receipt?

Sadly, we cannot process receipts from purchases made during an outage! Since businesses fund your offers through the app, Upside goes through each purchase and double checks with the business’s books to make sure everything is aligned. But with the outage, that data is lost so we can’t do that due diligence. We know this is a big inconvenience for everyone, and appreciate your patience through it all.
