How to resubmit a receipt

Due to data policies with our retailers, offers can only be resubmitted within 21 days of purchase. Follow the steps below to learn how.

  1. From the home screen, tap My History on the bottom.
  2. Tap the offer.
  3. Review why it was denied.
  4. If the issues aren’t valid, tap Resubmit Receipt.
Note: Not seeing that button? Your offer likely didn't require a receipt. Fill out this form instead, making sure to attach proof of purchase.
